a. Google User Data

• Used only to send emails, fetch investor replies, and generate draft responses.
• We only process emails that is on the gmail thread started from our dashboard.
• We send email content to AI service providers (OpenAI) for processing. They process the data only to generate investor email responses.
• This complies with Google API Limited Use requirements because the processing is necessary for a user-facing feature.

We do not:

• Use your Gmail data for advertising.
• Sell or share Gmail data with third parties for unrelated purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

• OAuth tokens and stored email content are encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Access to Google user data is restricted to authorized processes only.

• When using AI services (OpenAI), data is transmitted securely and processed only for the requested AI feature. According to OpenAI's API data usage policy, data sent via the API is not used to train or improve their models unless explicitly opted in, and is retained only for a limited period for abuse monitoring and troubleshooting.
